Two ids

    Hi all, i am a newbie with a question about my wife's iPad air 2. we have recently updated her apple id as we changed broadband supplier and have new email addresses, however the iCloud id is still the old email address and the password I thought was attached to it is not recognised. I tried to temporary change the id back but the old email address is no longer available. Can anyone advise me how I can delete the old id>

    Try resetting the password. There are different ways to get this done, depending on your security measurements for the iCloud ID. You’ll find step by step instructions here:
    If you forgot your Apple ID password

    If that’s not possible, only Apple can provide help. Visit the next Apple Retail Store, and take the billing/invoice with you that proves that you purchased it.
