Turn iPad2 into portable scanner/copier?

Hi guys, 1st post from the newb!

Does anyone know of a stand, case or cradle that the iPad2 could be put in/on so it could be used as a portable document scanner/copier? There was something a while back for the iPhone.

I'm not sure the resolution of the iPad camera is really good enough for that type of application. Even the rear facing camera is only 1 megapixel.
