Trying to view ITunes purchase history/receipts - I get error message?

    I got an email from iTunes store, the receipt one. I go to the bottom of email and select 'purchase history' link. It opens up iTunes and asks me to log in which I do. But then it says 'Cannot connect to iTunes stores'

    Why is this?

    Is the above method how u guys also view receipts on iPad?

    Hi there - rather than bumping (which is only allowed once per thread) ...have you tried to communicate with Apple direct?

    I would like to know how ppl in this forum check purchase history on their iPad?

    How about the purchased tab in the App Store.....

    Thanks Gab, I know of that method. But I am looking for the one that shows you receipts/app costs etc. like they show you in the iTunes email apple send.

    Nothing available that does as you are asking. However you could review Apple history against the account used to pay for Apple charges, that is unless you used iTunes gift cards.

    Then what is that Purchase History link in iTunes email that shows the app price purchases?

    Cannot open iTunes store from receipt

    I have the same issue. I get a receipt from iTunes on the iPad and under the purchase there is a link to "report a problem". I do have a problem but why I click on this I get the "cannot open iTunes store" message. I he get the same message when clicking on purchase history at the bottom of the receipt! How annoying that wanting to report a problem to get my money back leads to another problem....any ideas on how to resolve this?
