trouble syncing outlook to ipad

    I open I tunes, select my ipad, select info tab select sync outlook and when i click apply I get a window asking me if i want to delete the apps on my ipad and all their data ?

    So whats going on?

    Go into the apps page and make sure the syncing is turned on, and that all your apps are selected.

    If there are no apps (or not all of them), either turn the syncing off, or right click on the iPad and choose Transfer Purchases. The apps should get copied to iTunes and be selected for syncing if you do the second.
