trouble syncing a new app

    Hi, I recently purchased Battle Field 2, and downloaded it to the computer (larger than 20 MB),
    Although it appears (in the app's section on the desktop's iTunes) the app was downloaded and installed, that's not the case, and the app appears in pale grey.
    Every sync it says that there is an app waiting to install.
    I rebooted the ipad, but for vain.
    I'd appreciate offers

    Try this, in iTunes goto "Store", upper left hand side of screen, then "Check for available downloads". If that doesn't work, goto "Apps" in the left hand column, and right click on the app and delete it from the computer, then re-download the app again.
