Hi All! New IPad owner and on Tuesday I am leaving for Asia; HK, Taiwan and China. I am wondering if I can watch TV programs on my iPad. Do I have to download before I go or can I watch from my ABC or TBS apps? I do not have 3G, just wifi Thanks in advance and Happy New Year!

    Hi Lisa ,
Yes you have to either purchase or rent a movie / tv show through iTunes or download from your own library to your iTunes account.
If you have BBC Iplayer you must down load before you travel.
It's great watching your own choice of movies etc on the plane.
Just make sure you remember it's only 48 hours from when you start a rental from iTunes .
And I think one month from the down load.
    Have a great trip
