Trade iPad 2 to iPad 3?

Do guys think it is possible? I got my iPad like last December 5 2011... Well if i need to add some money that would be fine...but my question will they accept that?

Id doubt it. Only thing I can recommend is selling the 2 either to someone on craigslist or ebay or selling to a website like gazelle.com and then using the money they give you towards a new ipad 3
