To the devs of the iPF app, will you ever update the app?

It a few bugs that needs to be squished. And I really want it to have an iOS 7 UI change. Are you guys planning or already working on an update?

BTW these are the bugs I found:

1. Spelling errors in OP's. Mostly iPad news.

2. I can't delete my posts.

3. When I post a post made out of paragraphs, and then edit it would all join together into one paragraph.

I own an iPad 2 running iOS 7.1. Wi-fi only 16 GB. Maybe some helpful information.

In the app, I never was able to delete my posts. I always have to do it through website view, but it works.

If you post in the News forum, you can't edit and/or delete posts. It's always been this way.

The spelling errors in the News forum could be because of ' and/or ", which don't show up in the app. I suppose that's because these posts/threads were not added through the app. They look perfect in website view.

I had contacted admin to report the fact that the app was crashing too frequently, and she told me that an update is being currently worked on.

As Johanna has said, posts can be deleted only from the webpage view from the app, for doing which you need to tap on the thread heading below the page numbers.

I also have number 3, the only workaround at this point of time is to use webpage view.

I wasn't really referring to "Deleting posts in news" only deleting posts. I already knew that. Thanks anyways.

I may still use this app because its easier to post pictures and its faster. I always use app versions of websites if available.

I use the web view almost exclusively to view the forums, but I've used Tapatalk Pro which works pretty well.

I'm sure there are some versions of the Tapatalk suite that are free. I think Pro costs a couple of bucks. Can't remember, but it's worth it, whatever it is.
