Ny way to download programs from your TiVo Premier directly to your iPad 2?

Not that I know of doing. You might try transfering from Tivo to PC and then converting to H.264 or MPEG4 and then adding to iTunes.

^^ This is what I've done (if I want to take the content on the go). It takes a while, but what can you do?
