But i checkit at apple site this information is wrong but he said i read about gadgate price up down and its true
Can anyone tell me

That's probably for a refurbished unit. I know the iPad 2 is $319 for a wifi only refurb. Overall though, yes, the iPad2 has come down in price over the least year or so.
