Theme + Icon

Anyone know how to change the icon and the theme with whether+clock?

Sorry... i am a newbies who just got the ipad2 yesterday...

First, you will need to jailbreak your device. There are lots of sitckies in the hacking section, so I suggest you read all of those and work out whether your device is able to be jailbroken depending on on what model and version of IOS it has. If you have a brand new iPad2 and it has anything other than 4.3.3 on it, you are out of luck I'm afraid. There is no jailbreak for just now, and likely won't be for some time...

If you can be jailbroken you can use a theme manager program called Winterboard. Have a look in our Themes section, which is here for some example - iPad Themes - Apple iPad Forum
