Textplus unable to send out text msg

Hi all, I from Singapore I try textplus and unable to send out any text MSG. Can some one advise me.

I hv wifi access.

Are you trying to text someone else with TextPlus? Or just a mobile number?

The app desciption indicates you can only text people anywhere in the world if they have the app. US and Canada is able to do mobile numbers.

Thank you for the information, now I have better understanding on text plus. Hope one day also include Singapore. By the way how text plus charges user or it is free ?
