Telstra doubled price for iPad Internet?

Hi all!
Just noticed today that my telstra Data rate is 2 c/ MB, I know that the first few times I recharged (with $30) I was getting 1c/ MB. The only thing I thought was maybe because I only recharged with $20 last time, however coincidently my credit ran out today so I have just recharged with $30 and it is still showing 2 c/MB. So was this an introductory rate for first few recharges?

Col. Bris would be the one who might know. Might I suggest in the future that on topics like this, you mention your country. This is an international forum and many of us have no idea who Telstra is, or what options you have for providers.
