Hi. I live in the North East of England and am retired.
I have both iPad 2 and iPhone 4S as well as a little Acer Netbook which I had before I raided my piggybank to buy Apple products. I joined this Forum to get tips on how to make things easy!
I find the Apple support fantastic... They are so patient even with a member of the "OFC" like me!
