Hi everyone--

Recently I purchased the color package on tapatalk for $4.99. It was purchased in my iPhone in the tapatalk app. Since I made this in app purchase-I thought it would unlock the colors on the same app on my iPad, but it hasn't.

Does anyone know why, or do I have to buy the colors again?

When you go to Extras (in the app), there's a "Restore" button at the upper right corner. All you should have to do is tap it, write your pw, and your purchase should be restored on iPad.

I did see that "Restore" button n the upper right corner, but thought that was a restore of the settings (log in, etc). I'll check that though when I get home!

I think that you may be right. I didn't realize that I had to create an account with them. I believe the restore will show the the new theme of colors. I hope so, because the color package has some lovely spring color themes!

I downloaded it once, just out of curiosity. I used it twice to access iPF, but I prefer the iPF app. But the Tapatalk app is still on my iPad. Just in case.

When I tapped the Restore button, the app wanted to restore my purchases. That's why I thought it might work for you too.

To be honest I really don't know if or what I purchased. I didn't use the app for months.

Well, I be home in 5 hours...so I'll let you know if this restore works!!

Well, J.A....you were right about that restore button! I came home and did the restore and than it asked for me to enter my apple ID password to add the in-app purchases.
