Hello every body. Ia am a bit new to iPad. I have iPad3. Is there something called system memory? I found this out only from iiOsync app the info of which I got through this forum. iTunes does not show this system memory.

iOsync showed the occupied system memory as 1.24 GB and the Free memory to be 160 MB. Will such a low memory left out is acceptable. Why does the iTunes not show this important info?

How do I free up the memory? I removed some free apps which were not used by me often. Still it did not free up the memory.

Now please tell me what system memory is. Is it the 1 GB RAM of the iPad 3?

Thanks in advance

That's not important info, that's why iTunes doesn't show it. iOS manages memory and you don't need to worry about it. iPad is not a PC; those outmoded concepts don't apply.
