Syncing with Outlook

It is very easy to move contacts defined in Outlook to your IPad, I can do this. But if I want to define contacts on the IPad, how do I get these contacts moved back into Outlook?

As far as I know the Exchange application on the iPAD acts as a reflection of the outlook on your computer. you can't in reality change the structure of the exchange data base. That's why you can't delete or remove folders as well.
It is not acting as a normal Exchange client, as you will have on a normal PC.
