Syncing multiple ipads from one Mac?

Hey there.

I am looking for a way to manage multiple iPads from my Mac. I need to update each ipad with videos, music, documents, and apps at any time-no matter where these iPads are. If possible, it would be nice to be able to manage the settings for each iPad (Mail, iCloud, Passcode, etc.). I CAN get access to these iPads if I need to set them up in any way.

Ultimately, I am just trying to eliminate the hassle of plugging in EVERY iPad to my computer to update them. This is for a business. Any ideas?
