I did all of that successfully, downloaded a new itunes64 and installed, now when I try to open the programme I get the message "The file itunes Library.itl cannot be opened because it was created by a newer version of itunes." The programme does not open.Remove iTunes completely, including everything else that comes with it, and install the software again.
