Absolutely! You can have several mobile devices (iPad, iPhone, iPod) synced to the same library.

In fact, there is no limit to how many devices you can sync with one computer.

My iPad and Touch are both synced into iTunes at the same time on the same pc during the day. I've my iTunes library on a portable pocket sized drive and constantly sync both devices back and forth to it.
