Sync problem solved

I wanna share my experience, almost three days I've got this problem set myself up, I finally conquered it. I tried so many ways, error and trial at last. I unchecked the sync app box, and hit don't sync, well at first it erase all my apps in Itune and my IPad, after that I checked again the sync apps box, and it worked after three days n nights
