    Hi,

I work with a team that would like to use an ipad task management app that will sync with Outlook tasks in real time. We will need this functionality in a week.

Is there an app that will enable us to sync with Outlook directly as opposed to Exchange? If we have to sync through Exchange, does anyone have feedback on roadblocks we may encounter as far as is this something businesses typically block?

I would appreciate somefeedback from anyone who works on a team that successfully uses an ipad task management app that syncs with Outlook for business purposes at a large company.

    Thanks!

There are a few ways you could accomplish this. Before I go into them, are you using Macs or PCs at work?

If you just need to sync tasks, there are some options in the App Store that you could look into - Remember The Milk being a popular one. I know it can sync with Outlook and it seems to be popular. It does have a yearly subscription fee, just to let you know.

Alternatively, if you're looking to sync more than just tasks, we offer up PC software that works in conjunction with our free iPad app, DejaOffice, to sync contacts, calendars, tasks, & memos. If that interests you, I'd encourage you to check out our site and let me know if you have any questions. Hope that helps!
