I have just bought an iphone5 to compliment my ipad.

On each and my windows laptop I now have google photos.

Ideally each time I take a photo using iphone, I want it to automatically go to google photos where it is available to be viewed on each of the devices. I bet this is easy when you know how, but I don't know how.

Would someone kindly explain is easy-to-understand instructions please?.

WHOOPS!, panic over, it appears to do that. I took a couple of shots, waited and they are now on all three devices.

The main trick is to open the Google Photos app now and then. Your photos won't sync until you do.

That makes sense really because when I initially installed Google Photos, it took ages for them all to download, now when I visit, it only requires the latest shots to load. I will have to remember to open it on a regular basis.

    I have settings thus:-
google photos >Settings >Back up & Sync >Turn off 'mobile data back up'.

If I don't respond for a few days, it's because I am flying to Cyprus later today, but when established with family, will log into their
home wifi and use my iphone.
