HI is there any app through which we can swipe in safari to go to next page or go back to previous page thnx

Searching for full screen for ipad, just full screen or cydia in the Store results in nothing.

88raymond was talking about the Cydia store - a place for people with jail broke iPads to buy/get tweaks and such.

It's not on the App Store and you have to be jail broken to access it.
