I'm new to the forms and new to the school system. We just implemented a 1:1 ipad in our school. The students can take the ipad home for all work. We are finding during class students are messaging, posting pictures to Instagram of other students, and cheating on tests. It is hard to catch all this in the classroom.

How are other schools handling this situation?
How are you taking tests on the ipad? (Apps or websites)

Thanks for your help!

You can use a mixture of Restrictions, and Guided Access to try to keep control of this.

A 2" wide leather belt might be useful too.

Here's a link to our thread on Guided Access.

If you need any help on Restrictions give us a shout.

There are certainly ways to restrict access to some content at network level. You could, for example, block access to Facebook, Instagram etc at your router. That takes specialist knowledge that I do not possess, however. I'm sure some of our members do though.
