I downloaded Stargazer(free) on my i-pad did not like so I deleted it, but when I went on to my app store page the download box is still there and I cannot access my apps. I have deleted my history but the thing is is still there! Anyone know what to do?

Try to force close the app.

Double tap the Home button to reveal the multitasking bar.
In iOS 6 tap and hold an app icon until they start to wiggle, and delete them.
In iOS 7 slide thumbnails (pictures) above the app icons towards the top of the screen.

Thank you for your reply J.A. We are in iOS 7 and have tried your suggestion but nothing happens, the download box is still there sitting on my app store page .... Meg

If what you see is something like this, then, for e closing the app will help.





You can also try restarting your iPad.

Or try resetting it:
Press and hold Home and Power button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, release both and let the iPad power up on it's own.
