Skype with ipad2

I can see myself in the corner of screen but can't see the incoming caller. They can see me. Is it because the band width isn't powerful enough or is there something I need to do? Please help.

It sounds to me as though the problem is on their end, with their camera or something, if they can see you and you can see yourself. Have them check their camera settings.

When we have Skype issues, we usually hang up, wait a few moments, and call back. Often that clears it up.
