Skype on my Pro is really bad.

twerppoet I followed all your instructions. My internet is is also fine. Checked all my settings, every thing is ok. As i said did not have any issues with Face Time. But this lady does not have Face Time ( she has a window 10 machine) so it has to be Skype.
I think it must be this iPad pro. I should also mention holding the power button does nothing, no message appears Slide to power off. I had to hold power button and the button on the left side for it to turn off.
