No, it is Edmonton Canada. Southgate Mall is the shopping centre there. Besides, a Brit would usually use the term 'shopping centre' as opposed to mall. personally, i like the sound of 'mall'. For your info, Edmonton, UK, is in the borough of Enfield, London.
