Siri question

Hi Does anyone know if Apple is still trying to work out the bugs in case with Siri on iOS 7? I get this a lot when trying to use Siri. Thank you for any help on this

I've been seeing that a lot lately. I assumed the Siri servers are overwhelmed by all those new iPhone owners playing with their toys.

It's been taking me a second try as often as not. After the first failure, Siri usually responds quickly. Of course, it didn't happen when I tried to test it just now.
