To the best of my knowledge there are no Silverlight enabled browsers for the iPad.

Like Java and Flash, Silverlight can not be loaded and run locally on an iPad.

There are browsers that run remote sessions on servers to convert Java and Flash sites. It is possible (but I believe unlikely) that they will work for Silverlight.

The ones I know of are:

Puffing
iSwifter

Also, not enabling Flash, but running remotely is Opera Mini. It's free, so worth a try.

The other option, but one that would work, is to use a remote desktop app to run any browser you like on your main computer. There are several options for this. I use Slashtop.
