Hi there, I'm not happy about many things that iOS7 brings but what really bothers me is that some games lag a lot! I've just tried running CSR Racing and god knows why but the game just leaps like a crippled frog! Has anyone else experienced this? Gosh, is it possible to go back to iOS6?

PS. Perhaps this thread should be moved to a different section.

I can't even play the game. It lags a lot. Has anyone else had similar problems?

Is it possible the game itself isn't optimized for 7 yet? Many aren't.

Have you tried a reset of your iPad? it's recommended after any update to allow everything to settle in nicely.
Hold the power off button and the home button simultaneously, keep holding them in and you may see the power off slide appear and disappear, wait until you see the Apple logo appear before releasing the buttons. It will take a little longer for your iPad to start.

As Husq250 has said it could very well be that the app requires an update. All apps are updated also when the iPad is updated so that they can then run on the new platform. Sometimes this is when other bugs come to light and a new update will then need to be done. So have a look to see if an update is available. Getting in touch with the Dev is also a good idea to let him know what your are experiencing.

I will move your thread to our IOS7 Sub Forum where I feel it is better suited.

Thanks Husq and leelai. I was thinking of resetting my mini but... I'll lose all my apps... Won't I?

You won't lose anything from your iPad by resetting it.

Then I have already done it... If you are just talking about the "reset all settings" option... Still, the ipad is much slower than under ios6... Not to mention games... Feels like a slideshow...

It's another kind of resetting: press and hold Home and Power button at the same time until the Apple logo appears (as explained by leelai). And you won't lose anything, as scifan told you.

Thanks. Done just like you advised. No difference, unfortunately. Even when I switch between panels I can notice slight lags... Something I never experienced under ios6. Should I erase all data and start from the beginning or just go to an Apple store and ask around?
