You cannot translate Happy Shiny People to Latin, so it is limited and therefore, bad, M'kay? Very Bad, M'kay?

That sounds like a selling point for Latin, if we could use it to weed out songs.

There is absolutely no point at all. Few will ever use it. I suggest he learns Spanish.

Sorry Bob, he really needs to learn a useful language, not some small time one where he may never get to speak it (same reason not to learn Latin).
