Self shut.

Hi.. I just want to ask if any ever experienced their ipad2 shuts down while using it. I have been experiencing it and it happens 5x a day at most..

Response will be a big help and appreciated..

There is a feature that automatically puts the iPad to sleep if there has been no input for a certain time.This time limit can be adjusted or turned off.
To adjust this feature go to Settings>General>Auto Lock.

click on auto lock.

When you do,this screen appears.Select the desired interval.

But, what I am experiencing is not the auto lock. What I meant was, it shuts down where you can see the apple icon appearing on the screen. I just want to know if this is usual to Ipad, if not then maybe, I'll just have to request for replacement.

You should bring it to an Apple store. Random shutdowns are a hardware issue.
