I view of the current high number of website breaches and the need for security, would it be possible for the Administrators of this website to secure it, so that we use https. Likewise for the iPhone Forum.

Many of the websites that I use seem to have rather poor security settings - there are plenty of free and paid services/apps to check on the security features of various sites; e.g. Observatory by Mozilla is quick and free - I just did their testing on the 8 tabs opened in Safari (on my MBPro) - 4 are shown below - my two computer related tabs (iPad Forums & Mac Forums) failed; Wiki did a little better w/ FB the best but certainly not great! - seems like there is a BIG need for plenty of improvements! Dave :)
