in fact i download a spanish course and i want to read it on my ipad, now the course contains mp3 video and pdf like i mentioned above...
as you know its very difficult to read them apart cause they are aseries and must me together cause without this app it will be difficult to run from app to app (ipod to pdf reader to video) so i want one that could putt them all together in one app that contain folders!!!!

As long as the video is mp4, GoodReader should do the job. It will view and play most of the common formats, and has a file structure so that you can organize the content by folders.

It can also sync folders with iCloud, DropBox and Box, so you can access your stuff on more than one device; if that matters.

The only thing that I know of that can pull material together from iTunes and other sources is iTunes U, and you depend on the creator of the course to do it for you.

Though if you've got iTunes on a computer and you don't mind digging, you can find the original files in the media library, and copy them to your iPad using GoodReaders' other import methods. You have to download them first, of course. And the need to be DRM free (probably true of a free course).

Right click on a track in iTunes and choose Get Info. In the summary tab will be the complete file path. Rather than trying to dig through this it would probably be easier to search for the file's name.

    Good luck.
