Screen rotation not working

hi,once again I have updated software to ISO8.1latest version,two days ago.The screen rotation is stuck in one position.Tried slide switch and mute and lock as per last update ,this worked last time,but not now.Please help it's very difficult to use in the portrait mode.Why dose this happen when a new update is installed,come on Apple this is very disappointing.

After an update reset your iPad, using Home and Power button. Press and hold both simultaneously until the Apple logo appears, then release both and let the iPad power up.

After updating, it's always a good idea to perform a reset. It's able to remove minor glitches.
