Screen problems

Hi All,I am having a problem with the screen,I am very new at this,the screen keeps moving from side to side,the keys
along the outer edges don't react when tapped,the screen no longer fits the machine it is too big.Please help if you can.

Triple tap the screen. You have zoom turned on. You can turn it off in Accessibility.
