Part of my job is to extend the use of iPads in a secondary school. We have a number of students who suffer from eye fatigue due to glare, just from paper, and from screens. So, we print written work on green paper but Is there an App which will super-impose a green screen overlay over all pages. Alternatively, can you recommend a sorce of green asetate overlays which don't interfere with touch screen response.

Hi and welcome to the Forum!

Sorry, I don't know of an app or overlay which will help you.....I hope others who do know will chime in here, so for this reason I've moved your thread to our Help Section where you will receive a better response.

The iPad does have a brightness control which may help. Settings - Brightness and Wallpaper.
Or you can invert the colours of the iPad - Settings - General - Accessibility - Invert Colours. This combined with tweaking the brightness may help you until someone else can come up with something better.

The IPad Forum is a community of members from all walks of life and from all over the world coming together to share our experiences and to help each other learn about this wonderful piece of technology the Ipad. It won't help with the actual brightness/contrast of the iPad itself, but there are anti-glare screen protectors available that should help with any reflected light/glare from the screen's surface.

Zagg and Belkin come to mind. Zagg is durable and more expensive whereas Belkin is more economical but less durable in the sense that it may not protect against rough housing, but for general purposes, Belkin is more cost efficient. There are others from 3rd parties that you can shop around for on say Amazon or eBay.

The bigger brands usually don't sell in economic bulks, but you can check smaller companies and read up on the reviews to see how others think or rate. The below one seems promising, it's approximately $10 each pack of 3, and most reviews says it works but the application process (like any other screen protector) is a patience tester
