Screen Mag 4X how? how to get back?

At the house by my self, set my iPad down and walked away. Came back and the screen had changed to 4X with the bottom right quadrant showing. can only use apps seen can't find how to revert or go back to standard display. Can't get to settings.
Button works to change screens. Swipe works to change screens, but only seeing the 4th.

Do you know how this would happen? Do you have a fix/cure for me?

Never mind. 3 finger tap not 3 taps with your finger. da!

Sounds like you turned on the zoom function under accessibility. It has some compatibility drawbacks, so I would recommend you turn it off if you don't really need it.
