Where do you find the Reading List? My pull down for Bookmarks does not have the Eyeglass icon. Does this need to be added somehow?

Reading List came with iOS 5. Are you on older OS? If not, try resetting if yours isn't showing. It shows under bookmarks, at the top of the list.
