Safari problem

I have problems with safari web browser starting from iOS 7 until iOS 9. It does not allow me to confirm/proceed my payment as the last step. It appears only a blank page. So I use Kaspersky safe browser to do it. Anyone knows the solution?

It's possible that there's not every feature available with Safari's mobile version. Did you try requesting the desktop site? You get it by tapping and holding the circled arrow in the search/address bar in Safari:
