Safari does not work on my iPad Mini.

    All other apps seem to work ok but Safari will not load any web content. I have powered-off, reset the iPad, reset my router. Please help.

    Try going to Settings > Safari and Clear History and Website Data.

    Thanks for thinking about this problem. I had done that before but tried it again after your suggestion. Still no effect. I am on BT Broadband and occasionally have been able to connect to a web site after leaving the iPod to stew for a while or after switching to BT WiFi with Fon, but never for a second web site.

    Try using a different WiFi hotspot, to rule out any problems with the iPad itself.

    My iPad Mini is running iOS 8.3 and at the moment, fingers crossed, it is behaving; though why it has improved remains a mystery. My wife has just updated her iPad2 to iOS to the same at the software level at the invitation of Apple. Now her machine has the same problem as my iPad Mini. So it seems to me to be an Apple software issue.

    Has anyone else got issues with this software?

    How do we get to discuss this with Apple?

    Is there an Apple helpdesk?

    Has no one else got this problem?
