I went to a web page which loaded only part way. Now I can't close it--unresponsive. Is there a procedure I should I follow to unlock it??

Thanks!

Hi, welcome to iPF!

Did you already try the usual first troubleshooting steps: force close the app, restart and reset your device?

Force close: double tap the Home button to reveal the multitask bar, then delete all apps there.

Restart: turn off iPad, turn it on again.

Reset: press and hold Home and Power button at the same time until the Apple logo appears.

You could also got to Settings - Safari, and clear history, cookies and data there, if my previous suggestions don't work.
