Safari Banner Removal

S there a way of removing the banner above the page. It eats a lot of visual space.

If you're talking about the Debug Console, then go to Settings>Safari>Advanced to turn it off. If you're talking about notifications, then go to Settings>Notifications to change the appearance of notifications.
