What is it you are trying to achieve by this? If you want to open a link, just press the link and it will open. If you want to copy some text or a photo just long press the area you want and a small box will open. This box has little blue balls, press the ball and move your finger to enlarge the box to take in what it is you want to copy, press copy. You can now paste this in another app (notes, email) by long pressing it where you want and then press paste which will appear. Hope this is what you meant, let us know if otherwise.
