S.O.S ios7 problem

Hello ,I upgrade my ipad to ios7 and all apps ,settings and browser work like hell. When i change my wallpaper its need 20 seconds and all work in slow motion like an old computer ,when i need to enter in some app i need to tap 2-3times.please help me is because wrong instalation or is a problem? I mention i have ipad 3

Hello raziel999 and welcome to the forum.
In an important firmware upgrade like this it's a very good idea to do a reset of your iPad. Do this:
Simultaneously hold down the On/Off and Home buttons until the screen blacks out. Keep holding both until the white Apple logo appears and then let both go. Then wait until your wallpaper appears. Restart your iPad.
