Running apps

Just installed ISO 7 on my ipad and I can't delete running apps?? Help
Swiping up worked on most apps but not on all. Any other suggestions

How did you k now to do that? i've looked for a users guide in the App Store and didn't fnd one.

The iPad User Guide for iOS 7 is in the iBooks Store; which is in the iBooks app.

You won't find iBooks in the App Store app on the iPad.

As for the swiping up on the multitask bar, it's one of the features that's been demoed and talked about. I believe it's even in the last Apple Keynote.
