Rotation problems with Newest Mountain Lion Tweak

Anyone having problems with this? It seems like the rotation can get "stuck" fairly often and the only way to "snap it out" is to summon the mountain lion center tweak and then it immediately rotates to the correct state.

yes I have also noticed this problem, I'm hoping for a fixed sometime soon, as I really do like this mod
