Revert to ios 7 ipad2

Reading all the different forums about ios 8 on the ipad2 it seems that there are many thousands of unhappy users out there. My experience is its impossible to contact apple about it.
What is needed is a Petition asking for a revert to ios 7 for ipad2 users. I do not have the knowledge on how to do this or where to post it for maximum effect .
There must be someone who reads this forum can do it.
Lets pressure Apple do do it.

Hello Robin - welcome to the forum!

Apple will likely release an iOS 8.1 update soon which hopefully will correct the many complaints that have been directed at this rather controversial upgrade - a petition is not going to be an option, i.e. Apple will make the decision(s) w/i their 'corporative circle' - sorry. Dave
